Rookie Reel makes youth-sports trading cards and cinematic hype videos. A parent or legal guardian must authorize an order featuring a minor. A team organizer must have permission from each affected child’s parent or guardian before providing names, photos, or roster details.

Permission to create an ordered card or video does not give Rookie Reel permission to publish or promote a child’s photo, name, card, or reveal. Promotional or public sharing requires separate permission from a parent or guardian.

This website has no Rookie Reel photo or roster upload form. Please do not email children’s photos or roster details. A submission method and handling policy have not been confirmed. If a parent or guardian is asked to provide materials for an order, share only information they are authorized to provide and that is needed for that product.

A proof and approval process has not been confirmed. This draft does not promise that a proof will be provided or explain when production starts after approval.

Product pages show the offer details and price before checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Production timing, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and destinations have not been confirmed in this draft.
